Neuromotor Rehabilitation Service:

the Nursing and Care Service of an important 40-bed ward was entrusted to our management.

The Team, composed of Nurses and Social Health and Coordination Operators, collaborates daily with the medical staff for direct assistance to the patient, cooperates with the Physiotherapists for the rehabilitation activities and assists the team of Speech therapists for the rehabilitation methodology and for the achievement of functional recovery objectives.

The nursing staff takes care of the patient’s care by serving three shifts: morning, afternoon and night and in continuity of assistance for all days of the week.

Our nurses are entrusted with the activities of administering the therapy, evaluating the medication and prevention plans, managing the delivery phase between colleagues, assessing the patient’s psychological state as well as training the Caregiver, in the event of protected discharge.

Our socio-health workers are entrusted with the activities of support, monitoring of vital parameters, sanitation, disinfection and sanitation of the devices and the patient, in constant and continuous support with fellow nurses.

The Team is made up of the Coordinator, the group of 15 Nurses and the 12 Social Health Operators who assist the patients entrusted to them.
